//Necromancer
//Necromancer Rules
Controls
When there is an enemy nearby and you have no minions the summon menu will appear. On the top there are three numbers separated by slashes. Those numbers are the attributes of the minion you are going to summon.
- Initiative / Attack / Defense
The minimum for each attribute is one.
The total points to spend is always eleven.
Press the numbers beneath to use them as the values for the attributes. The attributes will be filled from left to right.
Press the attributes themselves to reset them, so you can fill them again. Once you are done press summon to raise a minion.
Enemies and minions
Enemies and minions have three attributes. They appear above their heads separated by slashes and in that order:
- Initiative: the character with the higher one starts the fight.
- Attack: damage dealt to the opponent on each attack.
- Defense: hit points, loose when reaches zero.
More considerations:
- In case of tie in the initiative, the attack is used, if still tied then the defense is used.
- In case the minion and the enemy have the same attributes, the enemy wins.
- Defense is restored after each fight.
Mana
You start with twelve mana points. For each point you spend on an attribute you loose one mana point. To summon a minion you need to raise all attributes to at least one.
For each defeated enemy you restore six mana points. Mana can never go beyond twelve.
If the mana pool drop to zero or bellow the necromancer looses. By restarting the game (clicking Try again) the score is set back to zero and the mana is restored.
Score
- Every mana point beyond restoration increases the score by one.
Pro-tips
Try to defeat two enemies with each minion. If you succeed you will receive twelve mana back (six per enemy defeated).
The max sum of the minion and enemy attributes is eleven. But you don’t have to spend all eleven points, unless it is absolutely necessary. By sparing mana you will earn more score points when defeating two or more enemies.
